Technical Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager who is both technically strong and creatively driven, with the ability to use AI tools, produce high-quality content, and serve as a visible thought leader. This role blends technical expertise, storytelling, content creation, video production, and public presence to help position C2A as a category-defining authority.

What You Will be Doing

  • Create in-depth technical marketing materials, including product briefs, guides, and interactive explainers.
  • Produce engaging video content using AI-driven tools to illustrate product capabilities, demos, and launches.
  • Become the domain expert providing market and competitor information across the company.
  • Serve as a public-facing voice for C2A through articles, LinkedIn posts, podcasts, webinars, community discussions, and conference sessions.
  • Work with product managers and engineers to understand product mechanics and translate them into clear customer value.
  • Build technical sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, product decks, and campaign assets.
  • Stay current on industry trends, including AI, cybersecurity automation, compliance regulations, software-defined vehicles, and DevSecOps practices.

What You Need for the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, or marketing (with proven technical background).
  • Minimum of 5 years in technical product marketing, product management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for simplifying complex topics.
  • Comfort working with AI-based content creation tools, including text, visual, and video applications.
  • Proven experience in creating content and presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, self-directed approach to work and continuous learning.

A former Bayer executive, Ken founded Vigilant Ops in 2019 after witnessing the consequences of inadequate technical preparation in the healthcare industry. He is an active contributor to CISA’s SBOM working groups and a frequent speaker on software supply chain security. Ken’s mission: transform SBOM from a compliance checkbox into operational intelligence that keeps patients safe while streamlining regulatory processes.
