- Successful and proven track record in leading long sales cycles, and business development of software products
- High priority for experience in Automotive & Cyber
- Full ownership for planning and execution of sales activities
- Deep understanding of sales and product pipeline and the role of marketing at each stage of the opportunity funnel and the client expansion path
- Proven record in closely managing accounts and making the client feels as if he’s the only client – thorough, methodical
- Posses high qualities of a salesperson – a team player with the ability to be independent, able to lead an intelligent conversation with a customer, charismatic, creates credibility
- Israeli mentality and understanding the meaning of working in an intense startup
- Not too senior with the potential to become a VP. Hungry and vigorous, who wants to work, advance, and make money
- Able to work closely with the CEO and receive authority and instructions – Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- A fast learner, proactive and innovative individual
- Ability to solve complex problems and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Mother tongue level English knowledge, additional languages – an advantage
