About the Position

C2A Security is a dynamic and successful startup. We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize sales performance, streamline processes, support client-facing materials, and provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth.

What You Will be Doing

Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Manage and maintain CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and forecasting tools
Assist in pipeline management, territory planning, and quota allocation
Support sales strategy development and execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead-to-close processes
Monitor and enforce sales policies, processes, and best practices
Prepare and manage client-facing materials, including sales decks, proposals, and pitch presentations.
Ensure all sales materials are up-to-date, on-brand, and tailored to client needs
Partner with marketing to align messaging and branding in sales content
Manage customer interactions from order forms, quotes, NDAs, etc.

What You Need for the Role

2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field
Experience in a SaaS or tech company
Strong proficiency in Excel and CRM tools
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus
Proficiency in PowerPoint or other presentation tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and organizational abilities
High attention to detail, especially in written and visual content – a must
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
Design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe) for presentation and document creation – a plus
