About This Position (Maternity leave replacement):
We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing, and well-organized individual who thrives on the challenge of working in a fast-moving environment to lead the HR & Operations. As an HR & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for different processes and procedures that cross functions departments. You will be a part of the senior management team and collaborate with all functions. The work mode is hybrid (1-2 days from the office). The position is a maternity leave replacement for 4-6 months. Main Duties:
- Develop HR plans to support strategic business plans and drive implementation activities
- Plan, monitor, and maintain HR & Operations projects, including preparing reports, managing tasks, and tracking deliverables
- Support and provide consultation on various projects based on leveraging HR & Operations data
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR & Operations issues, responding timeously, accurately, and professionally to all correspondence and queries.
- Provide advice and guidance regarding policies, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure all advice, support, and administration are compliant with local employment legislation and company policies
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date
- Partner with other departments to ensure synergy and collaboration
- Retention & Development activities of key employees
- Manage welfare budget and activities and take care of all well-being aspects of employees
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedures
Required Skills and Experience:
- Relevant experience, preferably in a startup company (project management experience is an advantage)
- BA or MA degree from a leading institution in relevant fields: organizational consultancy, industrial engineering, organizational psychology, labor studies, etc.
- Experience and/or strong functional understanding of the HR domain
- Professional and committed to delivering in challenging environments
- Professional presentation and communication skills in English (both written & oral)
- Professional ability in all Microsoft Office applications
- Dynamic project coordinator and team player with strong commitment and drive to accomplish individual and team tasks and goals
- Ambitious, driven, self-motivated, flexible, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to cope with multi-tasking and working independently
- Take initiative, exercise sound judgment and result-oriented
- Willing to work intense and non-regular hours (full-time potion and overtime)

Job Description
About This Position:
An exciting opportunity to lead exiting sales opportunities with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, EV players, and partners.
The Sales Director / Account Executive is responsible for all customer business, leading the activities from qualification to closure. In this individual contributor role, you will be part of the Sales team and work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to drive sales and business partnerships in selected accounts.
Main Duties:
- Meet yearly sales targets.
- Direct responsibility for C2A Security’s business in selected accounts.
- End-to-end responsibility for the sales cycle. Drive all stakeholders from initiation to closure.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the assigned accounts.
- Act as the customers’ trusted advisor understanding their challenges and being able to advise on ways to overcome them.
- Manage customer expectations internally and externally.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Successful and proven track record in leading long sales cycles, and business development of software products.
- High priority for experience in Automotive & Cyber.
- Full ownership for planning and execution of sales activities.
- Deep understanding of sales and product pipeline and the role of marketing at each stage of the opportunity funnel and the client expansion path.
- Strong technical sales experience. Knowledgeable about the product offering and capable of presenting it to executives and tech experts.
- Experienced in negotiating complex contracts.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- A fast learner, proactive and innovative individual.
- Ability to solve complex problems and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills in English.
- Available to travel to customers.
