Jerusalem, Israel, November 18, 2025 – C2A Security, the only context and AI-driven product security orchestration platform for software-defined products and cyber-physical systems, today announced the appointment of David Leichner as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), following a year marked by accelerated growth and strategic expansion. Leichner succeeds Dvir Reznik, who led C2A’s marketing during a period of rapid industry evolution.
David brings extensive experience in marketing and business development, helping companies demonstrate measurable customer value, strengthen product narratives, and accelerate revenue and market expansion. He has guided organizations through fast-moving shifts in the cybersecurity landscape and played a key role in educating the market on emerging product-security risks and regulations.
David is also well known in the product security community as the former host of Left to Our Own Devices, The Product Security Podcast, as well as a frequent author, speaker, and moderator at major global industry events.
“David’s experience will contribute directly to our next phase of growth,” said Roy Fridman, CEO of C2A Security. “David’s technical marketing background, coupled with his deep–tech experience, will help us sharpen our messaging and positioning in a crowded market as we expand to additional cyber–physical sectors, including healthcare, IoT, Industrial, Robotics, and defense. I also want to thank Dvir for being an integral and valued member of our leadership team and laying a strong foundation that positions us well for the journey ahead.”
Prior to joining C2A Security, Leichner served as CMO at Cybellum, acquired by LG Electronics in 2021, where he drove global market penetration, strategic customer engagement, and relationships with key industry influencers. He previously led global marketing at SQream Technologies and held leadership roles at Cynet and other technology companies. In his new role at C2A, Leichner will oversee global marketing, including product marketing, communications, analyst relations, partner marketing, and demand generation, with a focus on deepening customer engagement and strengthening C2A’s market leadership.
“I’m thrilled to join C2A Security, following their acquisition of Vigilant Ops last month, at a time when product security has become mission-critical across industries,” said David Leichner. “Manufacturers of software-defined products are navigating stringent regulations, complex supply chains, and increasing expectations for secure development. C2A Security is uniquely positioned to help them operationalize security at scale, and I look forward to amplifying that value globally.”
David will attend the Automotive Cybersecurity, Connectivity & SDV event in Berlin this week – and looks forward to connecting with industry professionals and the broader product security community: Meet David in Berlin.
